These guided self-massage series of 5 videos which are approximately 20 minutes long.
Video 1 – Head and Neck-drains sinuses, relieve headaches, neck tension, clears vagus nerve and decreases stress.
Video 2 – Shoulders, arms, hands, chest and ribs- relief of tension, breakdown of scar tissue, activate meridians, lymph nodes, releases muscles so the structure can align itself.
Video 3 – Lower back and pelvis- relieve sciatica pain, helps align the hips, deeper understanding of the pelvic connections and pressure points to relieve pain.
Video 4 – Hip junction to knees- when the muscles of the upper leg are released the knee can relax into alignment, restores the energy flow to the legs also helps move the fluid out of the legs.
Video 5 – Feet to knees- All systems, organs, structure and muscles can be positively affected by massaging the feet, bring circulation and stress relief to the feet also moves out fluid build up in ankles and feet.
